Lexie Lishman
Lexie is a native of Kosciusko, Mississippi. She graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2018 with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Psychology and English.
Lexie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi College School of Law. In law school she received the Mississippi Bar Family Law Section Award and the Judge Tom S. Lee Scholarship. In law school, Lexie received four “Best Paper” awards for achieving the highest final grade in the class, in Legal Research, Criminal Procedure, Secured Transactions and Mississippi Practice.
During law school, Lexie was selected to participate in the Guardian Ad Litem Clinic, where she served as Guardian Ad Litem for several cases in Hinds and Rankin County. She was also one of two students selected for the Advanced Child Advocacy Clinic, where she supervised other students in the Guardian Ad Litem Clinic, as well as maintained her own cases for the Clinic. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and the Family Law Society.
