Trey O’Cain
Trey is a native of Madison County, Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi College with a B.S. in Business in 2000. Trey then attended Mississippi College School of Law, clerked for the Secretary of State, and graduated in 2003.
In early practice, Trey worked for a regional firm handling insurance and civil defense litigation. He transitioned into private practice, specializing in Family Law.
Trey handles complex litigation involving divorce, custody, property division, and modifications. He has extensive experience in commitment proceedings for alcohol and other substance abuse.
Trey has lectured on Chancery Court topics at the University of Mississippi School of Law and at the Mississippi College School of Law.
He resides with his wife, Caroline, and their three children in Madison County. The O’Cains are members of Broadmoor Baptist Church. When Trey is not working, he spends time with his family, cooking, reading, running, most outdoor activities and sports.
